Traffic School

The City of Santaquin offers a Traffic School class as an option in resolving a moving violation.

To pursue Traffic School, you must appear at the Justice Court within 14 days from the date of your ticket to determine if you are eligible. Eligibility is based on your driving history.

The clerk can assist in signing you up for Traffic School at the same time you enter into your agreement. Traffic School is available online and in person. Contact the court for more information at (801)754-5376

The cost of Traffic School is the original fine amount PLUS a $75 Plea in Abeyance fee. Please be prepared to pay for Traffic School and the Plea in Abeyance fee on the date you come into the Justice Court.  Traffic School is held the 3rd Monday of every other month, on the odd months, at 7:00pm in the basement of the Public Safety Building located at 275 West Main Street in Santaquin.
