Local Transportation



Utah Transit Authority (UTA) bus service runs in Santaquin. The route is an extension of the 822 route that currently goes from Brigham Young University to Payson. There will be three buses going northbound in the morning and two in the evening going southbound.

UTA has van pool vehicles available, and can help with those wanting a van pool from your community. Call 1-888-RIDE-UTA for more information.

UTA also donates surplus transit vehicles to assist non-profits. If you are a non-profit interested in this service, please send a letter identifying the type and number of vehicles needed, stating the public transportation benefit and indicating the organization is a non-profit to: Bob Biles, 669 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

UTA FrontRunner Commuter Train runs from Provo Central Station, which is approximately 30 minutes north of Santaquin to various stops in Salt Lake City and further north into Ogden.

The Salt Lake International Airport is located approximately 1 hour (68.4 Miles) north of Santaquin. It hosts numerous commercial carriers.

The Provo Airport is approximately 30 minutes north of Santaquin. Commercial flights are provided by Allegiant Air.
