Public Hearing Notice - Budget Adoption & Transfers Out of Enterprise Funds

NOTICE of TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS for the FY2021-22 BUDGET (See attached Tentative Budget)

Notice is given that the Santaquin City Council will hold a Public Hearing on June 1st, 2021 at 7:00 PM at Santaquin City Hall with public comment accepted both in person and through email which must be submitted to publiccomment@santaquin.org by 5:00 PM on June 1st, 2021. The public is invited to participate both in person or electronically through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTzZT_yW2H2Hd-58M2_ddSw

The purpose of the Notices and Public Hearings is to receive public input regarding the following items:

1. The Transfer of Enterprise Fund Money to Another Fund as a part of the FY2021-22 Budget
2. The Adoption of the FY2021-22 Budget

The documents for the FY2021-22 Budget and its associated Enterprise Fund Transfers will be available for inspection on the city website homepage at www.santaquin.org and at city hall with the City Recorder prior to its final adoption.

Certificate of Posting

The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder/Clerk for the municipality of Santaquin hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in accordance with Utah State Code 10-6-113, for the adoption of the budget, and 10-6-135.5(4), for the transfer of enterprise funds, and posted in the following locations at least 7 days prior to the public hearing:

1. In three public places within the city
2. On the Utah Public Notice Website created by Utah State Code 63A-12-201
3. On the Home Page of the Website
4. Santaquin City Social Media
5. Mailed with Utility Bills in the June 2021 Monthly Newsletter
