PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - CLM Zone Code Amendment
Public Hearing Notice
The Santaquin City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider modifying Santaquin City Code sections 10.08.020 and 10.20.240, which creates definitions for new land uses (data center, on-site power generation, and stand-alone solar power generation) and includes them in the land use table for the CLM Commercial Light Manufacturing Zone. The hearing will be held on September 10, 2024, at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall Building, 110 S. Center Street, Santaquin UT.
The information will be available for inspection at the City Hall Building beginning September 6th, 2024, during regular office hours.
