PUBLIC NOTICE
Code Amendment

The Santaquin City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider modifying the following areas in Santaquin City Code: 2.04.080, 2.32.050, 10.20.140, 10.20.160, 10.20.170,
10.68.110, 10.68.050, 10.68.120, 10.68.130, 11.04.040,
11.08.020, 11.16.120, 11.20.020, 11.20.030, 11.20.040,
11.20.050, 11.20.060, 11.20.070 regarding updating the subdivision review process. Senate Bill 174 was passed in the most recent legislative session which created a standard subdivision review process. This ordinance change will make Santaquin City Code consistent with State Code and Senate Bill 174.
The hearing will be held on October 24, 2023 at approximately 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at the Council Chambers at 110 S. Center Street. Public Meetings will be shown live on the Santaquin City YouTube Channel, which can be found at
