NOTICE OF INTENT

RE:      Notice of Intent to Provide Assistance Pursuant to 17C-207

Notice is hereby given that the City of Santaquin intends to transfer certain real property
currently owned by the City to the Community Development and Renewal Agency of Santaquin
City as allowed under Utah Code §17C-1-207. The property in question consists of portions of
Utah County Parcels 320090068, 290360002, 320090089, and 32009085, totaling up to
approximately 54.9 acres. The purpose of the transfer is to enable the Agency to engage in
project area development as defined in §17C-1-102(48) on and around the property in question,
which will benefit the Santaquin City West Fields Community Reinvestment Project Area. The
City will be considering this matter during its regular City Council meeting on November 15,
2022 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, at Santaquin City Council
Chambers located at 275 W. Main Street, Santaquin, Utah. All interested persons are
welcome to attend.
