Public Notice - Notice of Intent to Prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Santaquin City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of amending its impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to Sanitary Sewer Collections and treatment; and Parks, Recreation, Trails, and Open Space.

The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Santaquin City's boundaries, Santaquin City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Santaquin City.

All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
