RE:      Proposed conditional use for a reception center at approximately 950 North SR 198

 HEARING TIME AND LOCATION

Notice is hereby given that the Santaquin City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at approximately 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, in the Court Room/ City Council Chambers on the second level of the Santaquin City Offices, 275 West Main Street.

THE PROPOSAL.

Mr. Chris Wall is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a reception center at approximately 950 North SR 198, which is located the Agricultural Zone.

HEARING PURPOSE. 

The hearing is an open meeting in which residents will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal.  Feedback from residents may be used to reduce possible impacts but cannot be used to deny the proposal. This is the only public hearing which will be held on this request.

If you have questions or concerns about this proposal, please contact the Santaquin City Community Development Department at 801-754-1011.  If you are unable to attend the meeting but would still like your comments presented to the Planning Commission, please contact the Community Development Department and your comments will be shared with the Planning Commission prior to the meeting.

This notice is being sent to all property owners within 500 feet of the proposed conditional use in accordance with Santaquin City Code, §10.68.110. If notice given under this Title is not challenged in written form to the City's Appeal Authority within 30 days after the meeting or action for which notice is given, the notice is considered adequate and proper. Furthermore, if no challenge or protest is filed within 30 days after the meeting or action for which notice was given, any defect in the notice shall not affect or invalidate any hearing or action by the Planning Commission or City Council.
