Fingerprints

The Justice Court is required by federal and state law to obtain fingerprints for certain offenses. [28 U.S. Code Section 534 and Utah Rule of Judicial Administration 4-610] The criminal offenses that require fingerprints may be found on the State of Utah Uniform Fine & Bail Schedule at www.utcourts.gov.

If fingerprints are required, you will need an order from the court.

Fingerprints are completed at the Utah County Jail for processing and release, fingerprints, photography etc.

Utah County Jail
3075 North Main Street
Spanish Fork, Utah

The Utah County Jail has set aside time daily between the hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 am for fingerprint processing. If you cannot go to the jail during these hours you can still be processed, but be prepared to wait, as you will be processed as the jail booking schedule allows. The wait time may be extensive during peak booking times. There is a $15.00 fee (CASH ONLY and exact change is preferred) associated with the fingerprint process.

If you live outside of Utah County or the State of Utah, you may complete fingerprints by obtaining a criminal 10 print card at your local Police Department or UPS/FedEx store. We recommend calling them to verify they offer fingerprinting services prior to your visit. Once you have obtained the criminal 10 print card, please mail it to the Justice Court at 275 West Main Street Santaquin, Utah 84655.
